I was looking through my hair style pictures this morning and found these of a twist out that I did several months ago during my phase of doing summer hairstyles.
This natural hair style is a two strand twist out using a product from Original Moxie.
As you can probably see from the pictures below, the results were a bit different because I started with dry, stretched hair, which made her curls much looser.
I like doing down hairstyles every once in a while between her usual braids hairstyles.
Two Strand Twist Out
A Hairdo How To Video:
This twist out has more of a deep wave pattern than an actual curl!
Written how to Instructions:
For this hairstyle, I simply sectioned her hair into four different parts and clipped three out of the way. Beginning in the back, I started two strand twisting her hair. I repeated until all sections were finished and took the twists out a few days later.
I used this product from Oringal-Moxie.com called Shape Shifter – full review here – and it turned out really nicely!
I’m not sure if I like the twist outs on dry hair because that results in looser curls. Although, it does show off more hair length but her hair definitely looks less big.
And finally, a close up!
So, there you have it!
A quick and easy hairstyle for kids!
Or adults, because who doesn’t like curly hair?
