Fishbone braids (also called Iversion braids) is when smaller cornrows braided together to form one bigger cornrow.
I’ve been experimenting with different cornrow hair designs on lately and I love the way iversions look!
And P.S. be on the lookout for many more cornrow hairstyles!

For braiding the hair you’ll need:
The first thing I did was part Bunny’s hair from the top of, about two inches from the center, and then crossed down to the other side of her head. This created a slanted part dividing her hair in half.
After that, I clipped the bottom side out of the way and began to cornrow the top part.
Look below for picture!
Top part all done!
I cornrowed it down so it met at that center part. After that I cornrowed the bottom section up to meet the center part.
I say “center part”, but keep in mind that I parted the main part on a slant so her hair would hang over one shoulder.
Bunny was getting tired while I was braiding her hair so I just let her lay down while I finished up.
I don’t usually do this, but I was going out of the town in the morning and wouldn’t be back for almost a week so we just pushed through it.
I hope this style will last at least three weeks!
We rarely get a week out of styles because Bunny is just so hard on her hair! It’s ridiculous! LOL Stay turned for more styles!
